Job description
· Attend to Mechanical Breakdowns
· Ensure Fiix log sheets are filled correctly and submitted for Capturing.
· Ensure the preventive maintenance is carried out to set standards, guidelines and procedures.
· Execute tasks and activities to achieve timing plans and customer deadlines.
· Adhere to Safety and Housekeeping
· To Maintain the Machine Maintenance department compliance to quality, health and Safe and Environmental processes and procedures.
· Do root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns and implement correct
Minimum requirements
· Matric/NQF Level 4 (Essential)
· Demonstrated Equivalent Occupational Experience (Essential)
· Basic Understanding of Computers (Advantageous)
· Fitter or Fitter and Turner Trade Test (Essential)
· 3 -5 years Mechanical maintenance experience in a Manufacturing Industry (Essential)
· Experience in Hydraulics and Pneumatics (Essential)
· 5 years’ experience working on seal units, weld splice machine and wire processing machine (Advantageous)
