Job description
· To perform general management functions to ensure smooth running of the department.
· To continually improve operations processes through projects, experimentation, designs, and process enhancements.
· To proactively collaborate with production to ensure that written specifications and designs meet business needs and best practices.
· To implement modifications to production equipment and processes to improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
To ensure product quality control on the production line to maximise quality standards
Minimum requirements
· Matric (Essential)
· National Diploma/ B. Tech in Industrial Engineering/BSC Engineering (Essential)
· Honours in Industrial Engineering (Desirable)
· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· 5 Years Quality or Process Engineering experience (Essential)
· 3-4 Years manufacturing experience (Essential)
· 2 Years’ experience in a supervisory/ Team Leader position (Essential)
· Knowledge of FMEA, SOW, SOP, CAR, DoEs, RCS
· Six Sigma (Desirable)
