Hesto is looking for candidate who will oversee the facilities management and maintenance operations. A successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations, effective resource utilization, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Job description

Develop and implement facilities management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency across our wiring harness manufacturing facilities.
Manage the facilities team, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operational readiness.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of Generators and Compressed air systems
Oversee the upkeep, maintenance and repair of buildings across the wiring harness manufacturing facilities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment, following industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing facilities.
Manage facility projects related to equipment installations, upgrades, and replacements, ensuring timely completion within budget and in accordance with specifications.
Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, implementing appropriate policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment across all manufacturing areas.
Develop and manage facility budgets, including capital expenditures, maintenance costs, and utility expenses, while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Continuously evaluate and implement best practices, new technologies, and innovative solutions to enhance facility performance, equipment efficiency, and operational excellence in all areas of wiring harness manufacturing.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services and supplies. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities management or related field.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, machinery, tooling and molding processes; building systems, utilities management, and

regulatory compliance requirements.

Proficient in budget planning, cost analysis, and resources allocation.
