· Implement & improve quality standards & measure external product quality/customer satisfaction
· Monitoring & measure counter measure effectiveness
· Organize & control continues improvement programs & management meetings
· Manage warranty & FTR System
Minimum requirements
· Grade 12 (Essential)
· National Diploma or BTECH in Quality Engineering/ Total Quality Management/ Project Management (Essential)
· Knowledge of FMEA, PCP SPC, SOW, SOP, CAR, PDCA (Essential)
· Required automotive technical requirements (Encona) (Essential)
· IATF 16949 Certificate
· 5 years Quality or Process Engineering experience (Essential)
· 3 years manufacturing experience (Essential)
· 3 years’ experience in a supervisor/team leader position (Essential)
· 4 years working experience in use of Quality Core tools (i.e. SPC, MSA, FMEA, PCP, R&R) (Desirable)
· 4 years’ experience in process/system auditing
· Supervisory or leadership experience at least 3-5 years (Essential)
· Interpretation and understanding of technical designs, drawings and materials (Essential)
