Job description
· Plan and supervise team members daily activities .
· Alteration to factory and factory layout .
· Maintain absenteeism and company policies.
· Fabrication and repairs of production facilities .
· Project planning and implementation
· Maintaining standards and ensure compliance iso 45001,50001and AITF 16949 .
· Safety and Housekeeping
Minimum requirements
· Matric/NQF L4 (Essential)
· Trade tested Millwright or Electrician (Essential)
· Wireman’s License (Essential)
· 5 Years experience in a factory maintenance environment (Essential).
· 3 years experience leading a team of Artisan OR Handyman (Essential)
· Proven track record of good attendance (Essential)
