Introduction

The Business Analyst reports to the Senior ICT Manager. This position is responsible for facilitating communication between all stakeholders for a required process, procedure, or strategy and following up with all required documentation, including but not limited to, business requirements, technical and functional specifications, and user acceptance testing documentation. The IT Business Analyst is also responsible for monitoring final solution implementation

Job description

· Effective analytical skills to involve relevant stakeholders and drive positive project outcome.

· Follow SDLC to meet business requirements.

· Subjective opinion on BA skill and accomplishments from stakeholders (stakeholders’ feedback).

· Facilitating communication between all stakeholders for a required process, procedure, or strategy.

· Monitoring final solution hardware or software and training requirements.

Minimum requirements

· Grade 12 (Essential)

· IT certification or degree (Essential)

· Project management certification (Advantageous)

· Programming qualification (Advantageous)

· 5 Years IT experience in a manufacturing environment

· 5 Years business analyst experience

· 5 Years data analytics experience

· Syspro Certification (Essential)
