Job description
· Provide support and management of all Microsoft services within the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
· Maintain and monitor service health within the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
· Provide support for firewall-related queries and perform maintenance tasks, including VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
· Ensure that best practices are followed and applied to all aspects of the environment (Network, Server, Firewall, access controls and Applications)
· Continuously monitor SOC alerts and anomalies and Prioritize based on severity and potential impact.
· Track vendor performance against SLA’s and KPI’s.
· Act as primary liaison between vendor and internal customer.
· Generate regular reports on environment health, performance, capacity and security.
· Maintain detailed documentation of Hardware/Systems configurations, processes, and procedures.
Minimum requirements
· Grade 12 (Essential)
· Microsoft Server, Network and Firewall Certification (Essential)
· Certificate in A and N (Essential)
· IT Certification/Diploma (Preferred)
· 3 Years installing and configuring Switches.
· 3 years configuring and supporting Firewall.
· 5 Years supporting LAN and WAN.
· 3 Years supporting Exchange and O365.
· 3 Years supporting Mail Security System
· 3 years with installing and configuring server hardware.
