Introduction
The Syspro / WMS Analyst reports to the IT Manager: Business Systems & Automation. This position is responsible for 1st and 2nd line support on Syspro and WMS. The Syspro / WMS Analyst is also responsible for logging- and following up of tickets logged with the WMS service provider. The incumbent will further be required to identify training needs in respect of the WMS system as well as host training sessions. Any reasonable request within the ICT function to be followed.

Minimum requirements
· Grade 12 (Essential)
