·         Ensure all layouts are prepared according to the accepted layout procedure.

·         Ensure updated Kanban System design and Implementation

·         Ensure that method studies comply with recognized IE procedures, and that they are accurate and will result in best and most effective operating option and ensure optimum productivity.

·         Measure and report all savings generates through method study, as measure of the department’s effectiveness.

·         Develop precise and accurate drawings and plans for structures, machinery or systems using CAD software.

·         Analysing and interpreting blueprints

·         Matric/NQF L4 (Essential)

·         National Diploma/B-tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Essential)

·         3 years’ Experience with AutoCAD (Essential)

·         3 years’ Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Environment (Essential)

·         4 years’ Experience in Plant layout drawing and material flow (Essential)

·         Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (Advantageous)
