·         Develop and introduce IE procedures systems and function in order to satisfy organisational needs  .

·         Ensure that these needs satisfy all professional and statutory requirements.

·         Ensure all layouts are prepared according to the accepted layout procedure  .

·         Analyze the various options and make recommendations to management in order to optimize resources, the flow of material and ensure a safe working environment .

·         Ensure that method studies comply with recognized IE procedures, and that they are accurate and will result in best  and most effective operating option and ensure optimum productivity.

·         Measure and report all savings generates through method study , as measure of the department’s effectiveness.

·         Provide detailed process instructions with visuals.
