Job description
· Tracking of air and sea shipments
· Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate imports (FCL/ LCL)
· Consolidation of cargo to reduce logistics cost
· Sending Clearing instruction to brokers
· Consolidating shipping documents for finance
· Register sea/ air shipments in Zeno
· Update Zeno completely
· Monthly logistics report
· Maintaining clearing control
· Assist with the SARS audit
· Request agent for VOC when required and monitor the VOC
· Bench marking rates
· Liaise with Transporters to ensure timely delivery of containers
