Job description
· Assist manager with data for transformation initiatives
· Perform general administration functions to support the department manager
· Design, implement and execute Training Plans.
· Assist manager with Effective Budget planning and control
· Implementing World Class and Yazaki Best Practises (MOTO) into the Organisation.
· Assist with the setting up World Class Training in line with Yazaki Global Training Centre and Customers.
· Design and update training material to latest standards.
· Effective Collaborations between functional departments.
Minimum requirements
· Matric/NQF 4-5 (Essential)
· Relevant Qualification in Human Resources Management/ OD-ETDP (Essential)
· 5 years’ experience as a Trainer and First Grade Instructor (Essential)
· Computer Skills – Microsoft Office (Advantageous)
· 3-5 Years’ experience in Manufacturing (Essential)
· Project Management (Desirable)
