Job description
· Installation, configuration and repair of Workstation hardware and Operating system.
· Support production environment with any IT related issues.
· Assist Back office IT staff with investigating and remediating issues.
· Assist with implementation and support for IT projects.
· Documentation of processes related to the support of Hesto IT systems
Minimum requirements
· Matric or equivalent (Essential)
· Certificate in A and N (Essential)
· IT Certification/Diploma (Preferred)
· Basic technical hand skills (can work with hand tools and power tools) (Advantageous)
· 6 months experience in Supporting Workstation Hardware (Preferred)
· 6 months experience in User Support (Preferred)
· 6 months experience in Network Connectivity troubling shooting (Preferred)
· 3 – 4 years Factory experience (Essential)
· 1 year network support and troubleshooting
· 1 year manufacturing systems support (Advantageous)
· 1 year end user support (Essential)
· 1 year supporting IT hardware workstations, laptops, scanners, printers) (Essential)
