Looking for a dynamic individual to join Hesto Harnesses Quality Department.
Job description
· Ensure the integrity of the manufacturing process through process surveillance audits
· Independently examine procedures, processes, systems, and records for conformity requirements by performing risk-based audits
· Perform SHEQ systems, process, product, and project audits
· Interpret and report on audit findings
· Support the implementation of site compliance with Integrated Business Management Systems( IBMS) IATF 16949; ISO 14001; ISO 45001 & ISO 50001.
· Perform internal audits at various sites of the business
· Conduct follow up audits to monitor managements' interventions
· Collect and summarize audit data for metrics and reporting
Minimum requirements
· Computer literacy (Essential)
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Quality Assurance or related qualification (Essential)
· Certified Lead Auditor (Essential)
· Minimum 3 years experience in Quality, Environmental, or Occupational Health & Safety (Essential)
· Competency certificate in auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 19011 standards (Interpretation and implementation) (Essential)
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Automotive Manufacturing environment ( SHEQ Auditing) (Essential)
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in the use of Quality core tools (Essential)
