Job description
· Follow a structured training programme,
· Perform all duties as contained in the Department or Area Competency (Development Programme), as well as reasonably be required to perform by Hesto Harnesses.
· Undergo performance assessments and reviews,
· Provide support for day-to-day activities of the HR, ER & OD Departments,
Minimum requirements
· National Diploma in Human Resources Management (Essential)
· Advanced Diploma/BA Degree/ B Com Degree in Human Resources Management (Essential)
· An average pass mark of 60% and above. (Essential)
