·         Attend breakdown and minimizing downtime

·         Do monthly shut-height on all automatic and manual crimping presses.

·         Adjustments and general settings on applicators within Komax and Manual and Battery departments.

·         Modifications to applicators for project related tasks and as and when required.

·         Preventative Maintenance as per schedule

·         Ensure oil reservoirs on applicators and maintained

·         Ensure daily start-up check sheets are completed adhered to as checks.

·         Good communication skills at all levels

·         Be prepared to work overtime and long hours to meet customer requirements

·         Be able to pay attention to detail and work under pressure

·         Adherence to project deadlines

·         Ability to read drawings

·         Work with precise dimensions and tolerance.
