Introduction
The successful incumbent will be the Liaison person between Yazaki and Hesto in order to provide strong technical, customer and commercial support. This will be achieved through ensuring effective communication and distribution of information between Hesto and Yazaki, Building and/or maintaining strong customer relationships, Contributing to the roll-out of key projects well as playing a key role in the Commercial processes
Job description

·     Project Launch: Participation in YAZAKI project launch programmes to ensure successful transfer of information to HESTO

·     Benchmark analysis of YAZAKI metrics and processes

·     Business Planning: Participate in the YAZAKI Business Planning processes to justify and initiate new projects and transfer information and knowledge to HESTO.

·     Meetings and Reporting: Attend relevant meetings at YAZAKI to gain insight and transfer information and data to HESTO to support setting of objectives linked to YAZAKI benchmarks.

·     Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure support in achieving targets, creating strong partnerships and project success.

·     Pricing benchmarks: Study and understand the parameters, processes and methodology to recover Forex, LME AND Supplier Pricing movement from the customer.

·     Relationship Building and Customer Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with the customers and Yazaki for Project, Technical and Commercial support.

Minimum requirements

·        Relevant tertiary qualification is essential

·        Post Graduate Qualification (Desirable)

·        Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Management role at HESTO is desirable in HESTO leading teams and projects.

·        Contextual knowledge and experience working with wire harnesses is an added advantage

·        Sound knowledge of Customer APR processes, Cost Analysis, Customer Liaison, Business Planning, Project management leadership, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial reporting.

·        Proven Project Management skills

·        Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office)

·        Risk management and governance knowledge

·        Advanced knowledge with any ERP system and any integrated business analysis tool is important.

·        Understanding the strategic partnership of YAZAKI and the HESTO vision is critical.
