Job description
- Tracking of air shipment
- Tracking of sea shipment
- Cleaning instructions sent to brokers
- Consolidating shipping documents for finance
- Register sea/air shipment in Zeno
- Update Zeno completely
- Monthly logistics report
- Maintaining clearing control
- Assist with SARS audit
- Request agent for VOC when required and monitor the VOC
- bench marking rates
Minimum requirements
- Matric/NQF L4(Essential)
- Knowledge of Zeno and Syspro(Essential)
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook(Essential)
- Certificate/Diploma in Purchasing and Supply chain management(Essential)
- 3 Years work experience in Supply chain(Essential)
