Introduction

Hesto is looking for an energetic individual to work with IT department. A successful candidate will provide rollout commissioning, administrative and end-user support for the Company's OT systems and in-house applications including but not limited to the end of line stations, Prodmon, Andon and OT networking.

Job description

· Installation, configuration and repair of Workstation hardware and Operating system.

· Support production environment with any IT related issues.

· Assist Back-office IT staff with investigating and remediating issues.

· Assist with implementation and support for IT projects.

· Documentation of processes related to the support of Hesto IT systems

· OT network support and OT system installation.

Minimum requirements

· Matric or equivalent (Essential)

· Certificate in A and N (Essential)

· 3 – 4 years Factory experience (Essential)

· 1 year end user support (Essential)

· 1 year supporting IT hardware workstations, laptops, scanners, printers) (Essential)

· IT Certification/Diploma (Preferred)

· Basic technical hand skills (can work with hand tools and power tools) (Essential)

· 1 year experience in Network Connectivity troubling shooting (Essential)

· 1 year experience in manufacturing systems support (Preferred)
