We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Intern to join our HR department .
Job description
· Follow a structured training programme
· Perform all duties as contained in the Department or Area Competency Logbook (Development Programme), as well as reasonably be required to perform by Hesto Harnesses.
· Undergo performance assessments and reviews
· Provide technical support for day to day of the plants
Support administrative and processes improvements initiatives of the organisation in the areas allocatedMinimum requirements
· Grade 12/NQF Level 4 (Essential)
· National Diploma in Human Resources Management (Essential)
· B Tech/ BA Degree/ B Com Degree in Human Resources Management (Advantageous)
An average pass mark of 60% & and above.(Essential
