Looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic graduate to join the HR-Training and Development department
Job description

·         Follow a structured training programme,

·         Perform all duties as contained in the Department or Area Competency Logbook (Development Programme), as well as reasonably be required to perform by Hesto Harnesses.

·         Undergo performance assessments and reviews,

·         Provide technical support for day-to-day activities of the plants,

·         Conduct administrative and processes improvements initiatives of the organisation in the areas allocated.

Minimum requirements

·         B Tech/ BA Degree/ B Com Degree in Human Resources Management (Essential)

·         Bachelor of Human Resources Development (Desirable)

·         An average pass mark of 60% and above. (Essential)
