Data Consolidation & Reporting

·         Scrap, Efficiency, Overtime Absenteeism and OPR reporting (daily, weekly, monthly),

·         CT tracking   documentation

Data Collection & Investigation

·         Collect and validate manufacturing and people-related data

·         Investigate anomalies and deviations

·         Support root-cause investigation

·         Liaise with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HR

Template Design & Continuous Improvement

·         Design, modify, and improve data capture and reporting templates

·         Working with IT to automate reporting from core systems such as , Prodmon , SYSPRO and HR databases

·         Standardise templates and maintain version control

Ensure alignment with management and group reporting requirements

Systems & Automation Support

·         Work with IT to automate reports and reduce manual data handling

·         Support Prodmon and other manufacturing systems

·         Participate in system enhancements and testing

Month-End Manufacturing Reporting

·         Consolidate month-end manufacturing data

·         Update standard KPI templates

·         Prepare data for Operations, Executive, Metair, and HR reporting
