· Implement and improve quality standards and measure external product quality/ customer satisfaction
· Monitor and evaluate counter measure effectiveness
· Manage warranty and CR/QR claims from the customer
· Multiple customer management.
· Measure and track PPM levels to determine external product quality status for all customers.
· Manage failure management system to ensure proper containment actions are implemented, corrective actions are established, and permanent measures are implemented to eliminate external defects.
· Monitor the warranty / CR-QR-Aim System for any anomalies and escalate where required to Exco.
· Conduct and lead Quality meetings with quality management and customer.
· Carries out root cause analysis and resolution for customer
· Steer the approach of product quality to ensure warranty targets are minimised
· Works closely with the customer and internal teams to propose solutions and track progress in delivering resolutions
· Responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet quality standards required to minimise quality costs and maximise customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to.
Minimum requirements
· National Diploma in Quality Engineering, B Tech Quality or Total Quality Management qualification (Essential)
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position (Essential)
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in the use of Quality core tools (Essential)
· 4 Years experience in Process or Systems Auditing (Essential)
· 3 Years manufacturing experience (Essential)
