Hesto Harnesses Pty Ltd is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate to join the purchasing department
Job description
- Forward purchase orders to suppliers(Email, Zeno, Syspro, EDI)
- Receives orders confirmations from suppliers and update syspro
- Manage/monitor orders and update any changes for quantities weekly
- Escalate critical and potential shortages, root causes and counter measures
- Raise the road freight for urgent parts and airfreight authorizations
- Monitor stock levels of suppliers
- Update monthly delivery perfomance report for suppliers
- Compile monthly reports on supplier perfomance and SSN
- Monthly forecast preparations and orders sent to suppliers as per supplier agreement
- Check SHIPS and EDI on daily basis and action
Minimum requirements
- Matric(Essential)
- National Diploma in Supply Chain Management(Essential)
- 3-4 Years experience in Expediting material local and international(Essential)
- Experience using MRP to place orders and expedite(Essential)
- Computer literate - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word,Excel, and Outlook)(Essential)
- Knowledge of Syspro and Zeno(Advantageous)
- Knowledge of SHIPS and EDI(Advantageous)
